Location: the hotel was close to city center and bus/train station, the ferry terminal and train station. The rooms of our place were well-equipped with aircon.

The rooms at Le Stanze Di Piazza Cairoli have been beautifully renovated, maintaining the charm of the old house while offering all the modern comforts. As a young guest, I loved the combination of old-world charm and contemporary amenities.

Personally, I found the sliding glass door separating the bathroom from the dressing room a bit inconvenient. However, others may still appreciate the added privacy it provides.

The location of the hotel was great, just a stone's throw away from the main train station and within walking distance of shops and tourist attractions. the room was kept spick and span and had tea and coffee making facilities, which was a bonus. the staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start.

The hotel room was on the upper floor and there was no lift, so it was a bit of a hassle to carry our luggage up the stairs. the shower in the room had a glass wall, which made it feel less private.

We stayed near the central bus station and it was convenient to explore the city. We could easily walk to the shopping area and the nearby tram station. There were also many shops in the area to make our stay more comfortable. the hotel room was clean, spacious and equipped with a tea and coffee maker. the hosts were welcoming and we didn't have trouble with the check-in or check-out process.

We faced some disturbance from construction work taking place in the nearby apartments.
